Welcome to Family Fun Video, a service of MML, Inc. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and personalized video creation services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Family Fun Video, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

If you are using our services on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and you accept these Terms on their behalf.

2. Description of Services

Family Fun Video provides personalized animated video creation services. Users can:

• Select from our collection of template-based video options
• Upload photos to create animated character avatars
• Customize videos with names, dialogue, and other details
• Download completed videos in HD or 4K quality
• Subscribe to membership plans for ongoing video creation

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Orders and Pricing

Pricing

Current pricing is displayed on our website. Prices are subject to change without notice. However, any price changes will not affect orders already placed.

One-Time Purchases

• Template videos: Starting at $29.99
• Additional characters: $12.99 each
• All videos include 2 characters in the base price

Membership Plans

• Monthly Plan: $69.99/month - 1 video (up to 9 min), 2 characters
• 3 Month Plan: $99.99/month - 1 video (up to 15 min), 3 characters
• Platinum Plan: $99.99/month - 2 videos (up to 15 min each), 5 characters

Payment

Payment is due at the time of order. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

5. Video Delivery

• Standard delivery: 48-72 hours for template videos
• Rush delivery: 24-48 hours (additional fee applies)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on order volume. You will receive email notifications when your video is ready.

6. Revisions and Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your video. Each order includes one round of revisions at no additional cost. Revisions may include:

• Name corrections
• Minor scene adjustments
• Character appearance tweaks

Major changes (such as template changes or significant story alterations) may require an additional fee.

7. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your video, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:

• Work with you to make revisions to your satisfaction, or
• Provide a full refund if we cannot meet your reasonable expectations

Refunds are not available for videos that have been downloaded and used, or for requests made more than 7 days after delivery.

8. Photo and Content Rights

Your Content

You retain ownership of all photos and personal content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content solely for the purpose of creating your requested videos.

Appropriate Use

You agree that all content you upload will:

• Feature individuals you have permission to include
• Not infringe on any third-party rights
• Not contain inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Comply with all applicable laws

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove content that violates these guidelines.

Our Content

All templates, animations, music, and other creative elements are owned by Family Fun Video or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-commercial license to use your completed video for personal viewing and sharing with family and friends.

9. Membership Terms

Billing

Memberships are billed automatically each month until cancelled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring membership fees.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Video Credits

Monthly video credits must be used within the billing period. Credits for 3 Month and Platinum plans may roll over for up to 2 months. Unused credits are forfeited upon cancellation.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content without proper permissions or rights
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit our videos
• Attempt to circumvent our security measures
• Use automated tools to access our services
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Impersonate others or provide false information

11. Intellectual Property

The Family Fun Video name, logo, website design, and all original content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• Our services will meet all your requirements
• Our services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Results from using our services will be accurate or reliable

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Family Fun Video and MML, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Family Fun Video, MML, Inc., and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Camden County, New Jersey.

16. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
